Meet Bryan Rogers

Vice President

From being a sous chef at SLU's College of Health Sciences to managing advancement for Gateway Greening, Bryan pursued a lifelong passion for food justice until he partnered with a local nonprofit that teaches North St. Louis teens sustainable business practices and culinary skills. In working with these teens, he realized that food is only a major component of an even larger issue, which is the overall environment and access to opportunity. Bryan decided to broaden his lens by earning a MS in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development. Now, as Director of Long-Range Planning for Bi-State Development/Metro St. Louis, Bryan no longer only prepares food, but examines its access, and how land use, infrastructure, and mobility impact it.
