Voices of Women

Voices of Women is a community development corporation designed to unite women so that their voices are heard fairly. We host Women in Leadership training, maintain the City Greens Community Garden, and offer micro-loans and micro-savings accounts for both adults and children. Our Housing NOW program will provide affordable housing with the help of local developers.

Missouri Rural Crisis Center

The Missouri Rural Crisis Center (MRCC) is a statewide farm and rural membership organization founded in 1985 with over 5600 member families. Our mission is to preserve family farms, promote stewardship of the land and environmental integrity and strive for economic and social justice by building unity and mutual understanding among diverse groups, both rural and urban.

St. Louis Food Policy Coalition

The St. Louis Food Policy Coalition is a project of the Missouri Coalition for the Environment that works to promote a thriving local food system that supports the health, community, environment, and economy of the Greater St. Louis area. The STLFPC is a way of bridging the numerous local efforts addressing hunger, food access, sustainable agriculture, nutrition, social justice, community and economic development, to build a stronger, more coordinated local food system.

The Fair Food Network

The Fair Food Network is a national nonprofit pioneering solutions that support farmers, strengthen local economies, and increase access to healthy food—especially in our most underserved communities. They coordinate the Double Up Food Bucks program for Missouri and Illinois.
