Lacy Cagle

Lacy’s experience in nonprofit management and systems thinking come in handy as the Executive Director at City Greens. She has a MS in Educational Leadership and Policy with a focus on Leadership for Sustainability Education from Portland State University. Lacy is also the Director of Operations and a sustainability consultant with Blackrock Consulting, a St. Louis-based firm focused on making the St. Louis region better for all of its residents. All of her work in sustainability and education is rooted in systems thinking and systems change. Outside of systems change, Lacy enjoys playing with her two year old daughter, Ursula Jubilee, and her amazing rescue pup, Huey. She also loves all aspects of food, from tending her front yard garden to preserving food through canning and pickling to creating inventive recipes with whatever ingredients she has on hand.
